Ham Organik Bal

Balımızın pastörize edilmesi tamamen önlenir; çünkü kovanın doğal sıcaklığı olan 35°C’nin altında süzülür. Böylece tüm faydalı enzimleri ve eşsiz aromaları korunur.

Bal aynı zamanda filtre edilmez; faydalı polen kalıntılarını ve doğal organik bileşenlerini muhafaza eder. Kovanlardan toplandıktan sonra, en saf haliyle şişelenmeden önce beş ila on gün boyunca olgunlaşma ve dinlendirme tanklarında bekletilir.

Raw Organic Honey

The pasteurization of our honey is completely avoided, as it is extracted below 35°C, the usual temperature of the hive. As a result, all its beneficial enzymes and exquisite aromas remain intact.

The honey is also unfiltered, preserving the beneficial pollen residue and natural organic elements. After being collected from the hives, it remains in maturation and clarification tanks for five to ten days before being bottled in its purest form.

“Melidron”, dağlık Trakya bölgesinden organik arıcılık ürünleri üreten bir aile işletmesidir. Arıcılık deneyimimiz yıllar önce başladı ve nesilden nesile aktarıldı. Bugün ailemizde üçüncü kuşak arıcılar olarak üretime devam ediyoruz.

Organik bal üretimi, bölgeye ve iklim koşullarına göre farklı alanlarda gerçekleşir. Organik bal üretmek için organik tarımın kurallarına ve uygulamalarına titizlikle uyarız. Bal hasadı aylarında Evros ve Rhodope dağlarında, Leptokarya, Kirki, Nymfaia ve benzeri bölgelerde çalışırız.

Our Story

“Melidron” is a family business producing organic beekeeping products from mountainous Thrace. Our experience in beekeeping began many years ago and has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, we are the third generation of beekeepers in our family.

Organic honey production takes place in different areas, depending on the location and climate conditions. To produce organic honey, we strictly follow the rules and practices of organic farming. During the honey harvesting months, we work in the mountains of Evros and Rhodope, in areas such as Leptokarya, Kirki, Nymfaia and others.

Ακατέργαστο βιολογικό μέλι

Η παστερίωση του μελιού αποτρέπεται εντελώς, καθώς εξάγεται κάτω από τους 35°C, η οποία είναι και η συνηθισμένη θερμοκρασία της κυψέλης, με αποτέλεσμα όλα τα θεραπευτικά ένζυμα και εξαίσια αρώματα να παραμένουν άθικτα.

Το μέλι είναι επίσης αφιλτράριστο, ώστε να διατηρείται το ευεργετικό υπόλειμμα γύρης και τα οργανικά υλικά. Μετά τη συλλογή του από τις κυψέλες, παραμένει σε δοχεία ωρίμανσης και διαύγειας για πέντε έως δέκα ημέρες πριν εμφιαλωθεί στην τέλεια μορφή του.

Η ιστορία μας

Το «Μέλιδρον» είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση παραγωγής βιολογικών μελισσοκομικών προϊόντων από την ορεινή Θράκη. Η εμπειρία μας στη μελισσοκομία ξεκινά αρκετά χρόνια πριν και περνάει από γενιά σε γενιά· σήμερα βρισκόμαστε στην τρίτη γενιά μελισσοκόμων.

Η παραγωγή βιολογικού μελιού γίνεται σε διάφορες περιοχές, ανάλογα με την τοποθεσία και τις κλιματικές συνθήκες. Για να παραχθεί βιολογικό μέλι, πρέπει να ακολουθούμε αυστηρά τους κανόνες και τις πρακτικές της βιολογικής γεωργίας. Κατά τους μήνες της συλλογής μελιού βρισκόμαστε στα βουνά του Έβρου και της Ροδόπης, σε περιοχές όπως η Λεπτοκαρυά, η Κίρκη, η Νυμφαία και άλλες.
